As long as I can remember, growing up in Slovakia I've always looked up to three men in my life.
 

One of each happened to be a firefighter. To me, that represented strength, bravery and a helping hand.

Whereas the other two were known for their sense of humour and dashing good looks (aka the Great Gatsby eat your heart out).

 

Lucky for me I am related to all three!

 

But as reality goes, life doesn't always turn out the way you wanted to.

After taking a chance on romance by moving to Ireland and got dealt a bad hand, I was yet alone to fend for myself.

 

As the cliche goes, for months I pretty much ate my body weight in chocolate and ice cream.

On the other hand, working hard in the Guinness Storehouse washing dishes, was not completely helping to get rid of all my frustrations.

So instead of throwing the plates against the wall, I decided to attach them to a barbell. 

Even though I was going to the gym regularly, this does not mean I knew what I was doing, so I had to learn.

I got curious and took part in seminars across UK and Ireland and that's where I noticed that my true passion was not putting out fires but igniting the fire within people. 


 

But with all that knowledge and training I was still not getting that fireman body. At this point many would say, if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

But that’s not me, I love being in the kitchen and I don’t shy away from hard work. So being surrounded by all that tasty food inspired me instead to create recipes to burn calories.

And that’s how I turned negative energy into positive energy. And wouldn’t you know, romance ran back into my life, I was promoted to chef and became certified personal trainer. 

As it turned out I didn’t become a fireman, I’m okay looking and being charming depends who you ask. But in finding my inner flame I’ve come to realize what truly inspires me, is to improve people’s quality of life. 


 

Everything I do is tailored to each individual. So if that means doing something different and change the approach towards fitness that’s what we are going to do.

The goal is to get you feeling comfortable in the body you want and have fun while getting there.
